[保健养生] 有人有忍精不射，长期做爱的经验吗？

有人有忍精不射，长期做爱的经验吗？

之前一周做爱2-3次，然后网上研究了下忍精不射，基本和老婆不是大姨妈天天做老婆天天高潮，自己大概三天射一次！      1有相同情况下大家交流下忍精的经验。2现在忍精每次射精感觉射的特别多，感觉射后特别累有没有类似的。3有没有房中术比较靠谱的分享？
