[求医问药] 求问，包皮包茎是必须割吗，我这种情况是否正常

包茎分三种，一是可以完全露出龟头，不影响射精和性交。二是是完全露出会有强烈痛感，就像橡皮筋勒住一样，这种建议去割，否则多少会影响勃起和性生活。第三种是不能完全露出，这种必须割了，因为前两种都可以清洁，这种尿尿或射精都会藏在包皮内一部分，非常脏，很容易发炎，而且会影响另一半健康。
